A solid home on an "unbuildable" site
This modern 4,000 square-foot San Anselmo residence was designed by House and House Architects to highlight stunning views of Mt. Tamalpais. The home includes polished concrete floors throughout that were created by Summit’s in-house team, concrete countertops, an Olympic-length lap pool and a 60-ton concrete bridge over a seasonal creek. Summit’s problem-solving abilities, patience and tenacity allowed this home to be developed on a site previously deemed unbuildable.
