WEST OAK KNOLL| SLEEPY HOLLOW
This three story project was transformed from a very disjointed lower and main level, into a completely connected home. We renovated this home in three separate phases. PH1: The lower level was converted from a dark unused media room into a bright family/play room, complete with climate control wine room, sauna and rustic wood beams. PH2: The main living/kitchen and master suite with extensive excavation to eliminate a very awkward original elevation change. PH3: Exterior, decks and kids bedrooms, the final transformation.
